Camp for 7-9 year olds
This camp runs for 4 mornings from 9:00 – 12:00. On the last day, campers can pack a lunch and stay until 12:30. Throughout the week we will be feeding and watering the barn animals, cleaning stalls, investigating one or two barn animals a day, learning the basics of caring for a pony, and learning the basics of riding a pony. There will also be times when we go for nature hikes, go fishing, or play tag in the hay maze. We will be outside and busy for three hours, so make sure you eat a good breakfast and get plenty of sleep. Let’s have some “fun on the farm”!
Monday, June 18 – Thursday, June 21, 2018
We are limiting the number of kids to a maximum of 10 kids per session.
Camp for 9-11 year olds
Please note: 9 year olds who sign up for this week of camp must have attended our camp last summer. If you are unsure of what week to sign up for, please contact us at any time so we can help you figure this out before registering.
This camp runs Monday through Thursday from 9:00 – 1:00. Campers should bring a large snack or a lunch with them each day. Throughout the week we will be feeding and watering the barn animals as well as learning to care for ponies by brushing, feeding, and giving them exercise. We will be doing arena riding and on the last day will go for a trail ride. In addition to spending time with the ponies, we will also get to go fishing, play with the bunnies, and go for hikes through the woods.
Dates: Monday, June 25 – Thursday, June 28, 2018
We are limiting the number of kids to a maximum of 8 kids per session.
